Are you sure that track 28 on disc 3 is the original version, because i'm pretty sure it's gonna be the Gammer Remix version. And **** Me Silly, Gammer & Michael Scout - Bye Bye, while listening to that gave me goosebumps. That DS mix is gonna be BEAST.

*sigh* Next time Gammer gets mad at everyone that is saying Hardcore has dubstep similarities, tell him to look at the tracklist for the album he is on.
This literally makes me sad. I think AATW should stop advertising this album as "Hardcore" and just call it what it is. Fast Dubstep.

This whole mistaken idea that hardcore is somehow similar to dubstep now is formed by interpreting any track which borrows elements of electro, house, dubstep, dirty dutch etc. as dubstep rip-offs.
The fact is that far more tunes are coming out that are electro/house-influenced than are directly dubstep-influenced and it's these same tunes that people are complaining about.
Sure there are plenty of mid-range wobbles to be found in hardcore but the pervasive sound that people are really complaining about now doesn't have all that much to do with dubstep. I think we'd see the word "dubstep" a lot less on hardcore forums if people understood the world of electronic music outside of 170bpm a bit better.

well, "dubcore" is full of minimal techno, hardstyle and dubstep elements. that minimalistic, obtrusive sounds is what people hate. what i personally hate is the lack of melodies and effort in build-ups in dubcore, it's almost like in hardstyle... remembers me of one hardstyle track with "stop the music........ drop the bass" lyrics.
