Yeah..., I still use Decks, I Spin Strictly Vinyl..., Its just either these Cheap Novelty Headphones, or Expensive Ideal Stuff..., AA was fine for me, but now that I wear Glasses, they begin to get painful around the ears..., I'll ask some friends on Facebook... =)

if you got some cash to burn
check out the m-audio IE Series, these are really for production but will offer a flat no colour sound, they are powered by 2 tiny amps in each socket, to seperate the highs n lows just like studio monitors, i got a pair they are wkd for producing........ just a thought :)

Studio: Audio-Technica M50
DJing: Pioneer HDJ-1000 are my preferred headphones but I currently use Sony MDR-V700s which have been custom painted :)
All three of those are comfortable, especially the M50s.

the m50's are comfortable but they ARE made for reference when mixing in the studio. not for dj'ing. I have both the pioneer's and 50's so I've to tried out the m50's for dj'ing to see how well they perform in that aspect. My personal conclusion is that I prefer what I hear through the pioneers dj'ing-wise.They somehow sound more focused in terms of bass, which I find is more suitable when dj'ing. as I write this I'm listening to a mix on the pioneer's with my glasses on and not bothered at all, btw.

Personally, the Pioneer HDJ-1500 is awesome and very comfortable! Upgraded from a pair of HDJ-500 :)
