at first I was actually joining the dj sy fans page on FB. but then Storm came with his 2nd wall of text, and I went off it before I got too related. Or rather the **** on the fanpage removed my comment about "the nasties thing sy has done is make crap music for the past 7 years, except for diamondback"

Secondly, the people calling for Sy to defend himself are being naive. Anyone with any intelligence in that situation, whether guilty or not, is going to consult legal advice, talk to the relevant people and/or get their own defence together (and destroy evidence/cover their trail if guilty) long before they speak out publicly. His silence isn't an admission of guilt. In fact, it's nothing but to be expected. Personally, if it was me, I'm not even sure I would've gone as far as posting the statement he did but I expect he felt he absolutely had to sow the seeds of his defence if he was going to have any chance of coming out looking okay.
Finally, there's no point trying to make a judgement based on either side's "he said"/"she said" speculation. Not only because it isn't anything like evidence but also because both sides' stories make almost no sense:
Why would Squad-E keep this to himself for a year before coming out with it? (presupposing it's true that he knew)
Why would anyone trust the statements someone makes about their ex?
Who would be stupid enough to let their girlfriend find out that they were wanking over underage girls?
Why would the police contact Storm to give him information (and not the other way round)?
On the flipside:
Why would the police be tracking videos of topless 16-year-old girls as if they haven't got, y'know, real paedophiles to catch?
How could someone with an interest in jailbait not be aware of the basic local pornography laws?
Why would anyone be cautioned for non-nude modelling? (except in this bizarre parallel universe where the police show up at your door because you watched a few videos of girls old enough to have sex getting their tits out)
Why would 23 years of mixing and production help proclaim his innocence in this situation?
I'm not looking for the answers to any of those questions, merely pointing out that questions are there and that neither side is really making any sense.

The only reason would be if someone tipped the police, or UK is a police state. Could be either one. Assuming Sy was honest and they only found one video, it would suggest he had mainly barely legal stuff, and that one went beyond what law allows. But thats just speculation.

Couldn't beleive it when i seen sys statement on facebook the other day, didn't know what was going on as i'm not friends with storm, keyes e.t.c
But after finally reading all the comments in this topic, its crazy to say the least! still can't really beleive storm posted it all up on facebook tbh, even if you felt as strongly as he says you'd have it out face to face, not release a facebook status, as already been stated with no concrete evidence!

Storm made it sound like he was talking to Sy face to face, but it turned out that they only talked about it on the phone. He really didn't go the full length to make Sy do those stuff he wanted him to do, before going nuts on twitter.
