Just seen the event line-up for the up coming club kinectic re-union in december, and it was saying it is the album launch of vibes new album, 20 years of vibes
I think this is execllent news as i love vibes and have been longing to see him on a cd for a while now, but was wondering does anyone have any info, or know anything about it i.e release date, tracklist e.t.c be much appreciated

agreed good to see this coming out soon the artwork looks good .
as the title says 20 years of vibes and that's what it will be . iv seen the track list and as mcdonalds says........ "im loving it"

Vibes has been my favourite DJ since the day I got into this music - I'm interested to see what this album brings but I kind of expect I will already own everything on it. Hopefully there will be a few surprises in there!

Vibes one of the greatest men to walk the face of the planet. Some say he was the world's first Happy Hardcore artist. I have heard the term Happy Jungle as it was Jungle Breakbeats with the pianos and spedup vocals. The tune that samples the 'Open your heart' vocal in high pitch was the start of the Happy Hardcore/ Jungle split off.

yeah, DJ Vibes was one of the original pioneers of the Happy hard sound. His breakbeat style gave HHC an added dimension to the early Happy Hardcore 'vibes'. Excuse the pun. Big ups to ya DJ Vibes!
BTW was WishDokta his duo since early times?

BTW was WishDokta his duo since early times?
Only up to 1994 or so, where he then went onto pioneer UK Garage.

No more tears is a good tune but where is Music is so wonderfull? One of the first tunes which is said to be made within a few hours and a very good remix by Wishdokta himself.

Just a tiny, slight, wee tad disappointed to be honest.
It's pretty much what I was expecting. But I have nearly everything on there already, and I guess most long time fans of Vibesey will have a lot of them too.
I was hoping for maybe a 'bonus disc' (so to speak, of course) of unreleased bits and pieces.
Saying that it is a very solid tracklist, and is still worth a look at for the mix if it's cheap enough as a bundle. And of course for anyone who doesn't know much about the great man himself, get it purchased!
Oh yeah, and they will all be high quality. A good shout for anyone that only has these on vinyl!
