Me too when I first heard the name. I guess the American producer probably hasn't heard of it though. Mind you, there was a film version done a while back but I can't seem to find anything about it because there was so much about this on google. :P Not sure if it was produced in the US or UK.

I was just assuming it was based on that. Bit of an unoriginal name if it's not.
It's based on an arcade fighting game series called Captain America and the Avengers.

thought he ment that avengers was based on a arcade game, when its actually the other way around(but adding captain america first)
