Does anyone know if vipzone samples are any good.
Also where you can get good samples. Except vengeance

KSP sample packs are free, but I'm not sure of any others besides Vengeance essentials 1, 2, and 3. You can also edit samples you already have to make new ones!

Check out Kev Willows sound pack, and K-Complex's free sound pack (Which is KSP).
There is also an entire hardcore sample pack section in TiD,
