I can't seem to get this chord right, no matter how I do... Can you help me with this one? It would be VERY helpful!

it sounds a d, and since its jazzy it could be Dm7 or just D7

Also, a jazz chord would be something along the lines of
A#
G
E
C
minor would be an E flat.
Then theres half diminished, raised fifth, full diminished, minor 9th, and about a hundred other variations. Jazz is really confusing. :P

It sounded weird in the beginning, then I added some attack and some frecuency cut off and I was surprised how accurate it was.
