Does anyone know of a decent (cheapish) sound card that's decent for production?
I've just got a new PC and my M-Audio card doesn't fit in the case.

I don't know what sort of figure you are thinking when you say cheap but I got one of these a while back - http://www.focusrite.com/products/audio_interfaces/saffire_6_usb/ Very happy with it and it's cheap by studio soundcard standards.

Cheers mate, will probably go with the 2i2 instead. It's just a bit cheaper.

Ah yeah, that's the Scarlett is it? Sure that'll do you well mate. Know a few people who have one of them and haven't heard any complaints.

Happy I have a laptop, unhappy I can't easily upgrade my soundcard. Eventhough it sounds pretty good actually.
