Despite a few inaccuracies in it's initial definitions (both in counterfeit and intellectual property) a fairly decent emotive, scaremongering, sensationalist vid.

To be honest i think people need to know what these legislations and what the government are doing, every week theyre changing things that no one notices, because the world gets distracted by something else. all these things are gonna mount up and get rid of our legal/human rights. And they will be free to detain people without reason, with no trial.
this anonymous group could be on to something here, a lot more people will get involved if its through computers, and theres some right clever people in the world when it comes to hacking and being anonymous. If people try protesting in the streets theyre seen as terrorists these days, this way theres no threat to you directly.

just my 2 cents
You know everyone knows what website anonymous uses, right? They are only anonymous in the sense you dont know each individual person.

i dunno what site they use, i dont know much about them at all, just that they have a good idea.
its easier for people to protest on the web, and cause havoc and such for the government. and i mean, anonymous from the overnment, if they dont know who it is using the computer they cant really do much other than cut ur internet.
but thats only if they find out ur doing it, just get an ip address blocker and that kind of stuff and you're good to go arent u?

The thing about anonymous is they aren't white knights. Whatever they do, its for laughs. Not justice or vengeance. Anonymous is and always has been after 'lulz'.
And taking down government sites is alot harder than you'd think. They do it by flooding sock ports, and sites like that use a dynamic IP. Most of anonymous is too disorganized to realize they have to attack their DNS and not the site itself, beyond that, the government can afford so.much webserver space that it would require a lot of people to take it down. That's why the site was only down a little bit, at intervals.
The way anonymous organizes uses a method in which their communication center disappeares after a few minutes if no one posts, thereby cutting off anybody that wasn't already in the know. Unless this is some different anonymous, which l doubt.
And no, I'm not one of them lol, its quote easy to figure out their habits and doings. Like I said, the only anonymous part is the identity of the individual participants.

And yeah, its quite easy to block your IP address. Most people use a web browser called Tor. It reroutes your data via about a hundred proxies from all over the world.

It amazes me that the government hasn't figured that out yet, and found a way past it.
