There's nothing stopping anyone else from doing it, is there? They saw a market for a product that they could produce with very little effort, so they did it and made a mint. I would've done the same.
Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying you should like it or respect them for doing it, just realise that if they didn't do s*** like this, someone else will - that's economic reality for ya.
