How much does a track normally cost? I know it might be different for each track but generally how much would it be to master a 5 min track?

There is probably a great deal that you can do without mastering that will help the track sound better. If it dosn't already sound good then mastering is useless, which is why you hear so many over compressed/limited tracks that try to account for bad engineering from the start.

I use my tc powercore with masterx3 for the mastering before a party. For a release i use professional mastering service !!

I got T-Racks 3 deluxe, well worth buying. I can play my tracks against professional tracks and the volumes are fine :) happy frickin bunny lol
