Agreed. To me it's not worth getting a Wii U if there's no new zelda out. I'll hold off until then. I'm sure they'll sell it in a bundle of the new Zelda game and a Wii U, possibly Zelda edition for pretty much the same price as the Wii U itself.
Also gotta get rid of my PS3 first I'm barely even using it. Plus I don't consider them to be that great of a Blu Ray player so I'm in the market for one of those.
Oh currently ordering some groceries online from Walmart. Man it beats doing that than dragging yourself to the actual store with a terrible crowd.
I hope it's not going to be a on-the-rails game like the Zelda Wii U demo

Well The Wii U is really great. Had friends over after a party on the weekend and we played for hours! Had to do a system update right out the box but only took about 30mins and I've got pretty slow broadband. Loving being able to wander round the house with the pad and play games in another room while chatting to the mrs or whatever. Menu is a little slow right now but I guess that'll be streamlined in future updates.

Good work. The kids (and you ;)) should be very happy with it. We don't get Tvii until sometime in 2013 in the UK but it looks amazing.
I've got a 32GB version as well tbh and I'd just rather have that even though you can just fit an external drive. Nontendoland is pretty fun with friends so it's a good deal IMO. :) Not to mention that black looks better haha.
Now for today's purchases.
Bank balance is feeling the burn this month lol.

they never managed to make the Wii menu faster than it was, what makes you think the Wii U will be any better? =P
And just look at what Sony did to the PS3. The PSN Store because so much slower to browse because they wanted a more Xbox like view? and the PS3 has the most dedicated process power dedicated to the meny system and it still sucks :P Good thing there's good games of the PS3 or I would prob have never gotten one.

I bought a hat like that for my trip to Toronto, fearing that it would be really cold and I would need it. It wasn't and I didn't. I would've kept it too but I looked pretty stupid in it lol so I returned it.
