I wasn't a fan at first but I must say I'm a couple of hours in and its growing on me a lot! Turning out to be an awesome game!

Played it for a while. It has amazing music. Thats probably my favourite thing about the series, music always makes the game so much better because of its contribution to the atmosphere and feeling about the game.

I've got it. Got bored of how linear it was tbh. I like to explore. FFXII was much better so I'm hoping they go back to that style next time around. Ah well, I've got Xenoblade for now. Graphics might be old hat but the game is amazing.

Well I've played around 15 hrs. Never really been a FF fan, and I didnt really like the new battle system either. But it's playable

Yeah I'm disappointed as a final fantasy. They're meant to be the best of the best.
Unfortuntwly it doesn't look like we'll be seeing anything drastically different for a while.
The next one is final fantasy 13-2 which I'm assuming will follow the same format and final fantasy 14 has abysmal reviews. Its all online like 11 but it was effectively terrible upon release so they're doing another one calked IV 2.0. Then there is final fantasy versus 13 which is a spin off of 13. Looks like a pretty average few years for final fantasy fans.

One and only that I've played from start to finish was Final Fantasy X. Loved the game. Had amazing music, a great story (bit of a chick-flick feel but still good), great gameplay that wasn't completely linear. Was FF13 decent? Played 12 and didn't like it and I have FF XIII-2 on pre-order, but haven't yet played 13.

Dude if you don't mind old graphics then play 7 8 and 9. The best thing about the psone. Series was the writing team. Superb story telling. FFX's story was okay but it definitely is not the best.
Curious as to why you've pre ordered XIII-2 when you haven't played XIII. It is a direct sequel man. You'll need to play XIII first! And yes its decent!

I had a pre-order for Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3 that came out this Tuesday at Gamestop, a video game store. Realized that I was working that day and it's too far of a ride just to get a video game. So I decided to pre-order at Best Buy (a large electronic store) since it's right across my job, and also the rewards point system is way better there.
Instead of getting a refund, I just decided to move my pre-order to something way in the distance, which FF13-2 was. And after playing FFX I don't like the older ones due to the graphics. I played FF7 a little bit, and somehow I got Cloud raped in a bathhouse lol
