I haven't made one of these threads in ages but I feel I need to again, I have basically gotten zero constructive feedback in almost three months so I have no idea what I'm doing right or wrong when I produce.

So I'm down on my knees, begging for a soul to hit me up with some feedback, like what I can work on and what I'm doing right, etc.

Fantastic track! I really dig 2:01 - 2:45 :)
I was thinking maybe it would be neat if you could add a breakbeat near 3:09 (after the preview/demo/fade).
Just a thought.. anyways keep up the awesome work! ^^

I'd love to give people more feedback about their productions, but neither I dj, nor I produce.
Let's try it from the point of view of an amateur raver. The melody sounds good, but the total package is not outstanding. Personally I am missing the extra spice.
Maybe messing around with more percussion instruments would work. Or emphasise the melody, by adding more background instruments that play around with the melody.

Thank you both! :D

@ Adisky - There's the dubstep beat? ^^

@ Warnman - It already is quite heavy on the melodic side, with two layers of the chorus melody, offbeat stabs (binary voice and synth) and then adding on the whistling. The final drop has the piano in it over the main chorus melody. :) About percussion however, I will definitely look into that. There is a loop playing (alongside closed and open hihats) but maybe I could emphasize it more or change it to something else that sticks out and feels right.
