I would Have to say "Vestax", correct?!, my friend's buying a "Technics" Battle Mixer, but I told him "Samurai Series" is better, what do you think?!, Strictly Vinyl, no Serato, no Traktor, no CDJs... Battle Crew's called "Tuff Customers", DnB, but since I spin Oldskool Hardcore/Hardcore Breaks, which is kind of like Jungle, and Stictly Vinyl, They let me join... Soooo, "Vestax"?!

DJM 909>Vestax/Technics

Only thing is, the Technics might not last as long and they don't have a 3 band eq, they have a high/mid and bass knob. They're all great for scratching though

not anymore...they are trying to bring things over to the digital world.

under DMC World DJ Championship Rules 2011:

"A solo DJ event. Eliminations to last 3 minutes. Final sets - 6 minutes.

Up to 2 Technics turntables, an analogue or digital mixer (Rane 56S or Rane 57 will be available at the World Finals) and any brand Digital Vinyl System (DVS). There will be no restrictions on the DVS settings but no other devices/externals will be allowed for 2011.

Any stylus.

A reigning National Champion should be invited to defend their title at the National Final. "

started out on vestax, but I like ecler & ranes too
