Hey guys, long time since I visited here I suppose but I've released two new free tracks for a japanese compilation. One is a collaboration with Melancholia and another one is just a solo track, I wouldn't call either of these UK Hardcore but at least they have some happy elements :)

LOL. I firmly believe that massive wanks should be a solo activity, but thanks for thinking of hooking up for a duo. Very sweet of you.
But yeah, seriously. This stuff is fcuking great.
I tend to mix my normal UK Hardcore mixes as close to 190bpm as I can, so I am welcoming this 200+ stuff with open arms!
I'm not sure that speed is to everyone's taste, but I love it.
What do you call this, exactly? As a genre/sub-genre I mean.

Yeah I usually mix UKHC at around 190-200 as well so I guess that's why I've been sticking to that when producing as well. Then again, it's only lately that I've started to really enjoy it.
I honestly don't think there's a proper name for it, the japanese tend to call it J-core so I've stuck by that definition for now. When I started producing I was very inspired by Lea (aka Sharpnelsound) but have still been trying to take my own path.

One Invitation... there's one 2 names I know of and that's yours and Melancholia, yet I got atleast 40+ japanese CDs so I thought I'd recognise more names
that Yumekui Merry sounds typical Sharpnel material, yet with a bit weaker kick

It's a very "underground" compilation ran by Xystran. The quality on the tracks are varied especially on the mixdown/mastering front. We promised him a track and even if we had to rush it (3 days or so) I think it ended up quite alright :)
