Do any of you know how to make a typical DONK-bass, that you often hear in hardcore and hard dance?

I think most use samples anyway.
Im not a donk bass fan either.. well the sound itself is quite cool but just sounds abit retarded on an off bass imo.
To make a sound like that you just need a square wave oscillator with a low pass or band pass filter, very tight decay on a filter envelope so it closes fast. Experiment with resonance and decay times to fine tune it.
