For the life of me I cant get that darn wobble! I've tried Massive, I've tried all the plug-ins in Fl, I've tried all the vst's I have...I cant get it right.
I have looked at tuts and stuff all over the net and still no luck...
Anyone have a simple way to make a dubstep wobble?

The plugin you use is irrelevant. It's a technique.

1. Don't neglect the beats
2. Pitch your drums down
3. Hit some black keys
4. Stretch and shift
5. Slow things down

you can use kev willows way, using a filter on any vsti and then using a formula controller

The basic sound is 1 x osc set to square with distortion and either automate some manual filtering for something more original or set up an lfo on the filter. If you try the later option you can automate the timing to make it quicker or slower on different parts of the bassline. Light bit crushing is nice and you can mes around adding oscs on higher octaves using squares, saws or the more exotic waves if the plugin has them.
If you want to make it a really phat sound you will likely need 2 or even 3+ layers EQed differently with various amounts of distortion and different effects. Have a play around with it, there is no hard rules!
As matt says any synth can do it but Massive has nice characteristics that are suited to this sound IMO. :)

Also, Massive is great for that kind of stuff, but it's not simple as milk to use, buit it's bluilt-in lfo is great with distortion and bitcrusher

Experiment with re-sampling.
By that i mean create the sound, export a long note and then trigger it from a sampler.
In DnB the technique originated out of necessity back when it was all hardware synths and samplers so producers were very limited. They'd sample the sound to free up the synth or so they could add more filters or fx on top of the existing ones.
But by doing that certain sounds which became popular were created. If you sample a bass note with an lfo, when you play it back the lfo is pitched with the sound for example.
Lots of these bassline techniques have now been passed down to dubstep so you'll hear that sort of thing often.
