Just thought i'd point this out for those of you out there who don't know.
Ham's had a drum and bass alter-ego for a while now and he's getting pretty big now (what with being on nightlife 5).
I think his tunes are bloody mint, he's really stiking it to the dnb producers out there..
I think that song puts it in perspective how serious he's taking this. Very, very, very professional song.
:) very nice song.
there's a few more out there as well.
So first it was cube::hard going into hard dance, then orbit1 into hardstyle and now hamilton into dnb!

He gets more bookings as Hamilton. Amazing when you consider he's been in the hardcore scene for about 15 years!
His DnB stuff is pretty decent though.

I've checked his stuff some time ago and thought it was just ok. Nothing really special, just sounds like any other Drum & Bass stuff and the production quality was okay compared to the russian stuff (which sounds really excellent, proffesionnal crystal-clear production what these dudes do). The concurrence is big so it's not always easy to stand out.
I'd rather go for Breakbeat Hardcore like Danny Byrd does (some tunes), as soon as it's labelled as Drum & Bass the people stop being superficial and like it anyway... I mean really, how can THIS be DnB: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VFlxJHN16es the name "Drum & bass" just sells better, fact.

i always had the impression that he prefers to keep a low profile in the scene, and that he doesn't accept a lot of gigs offered to him.
i always believed he was very underappreciated in the uk hardcore scene
i love his dnb stuff. even tho i love dnb, i've never gone out of my way to listen to it, but i'm glad i've purchased most of Hamilton's DnB i've always loved the jump-up style.

I know he wasn't even asked to play HTID in the sun and he was miffed about it. It must be annoying when you constantly live in the shadow of Brisk.

Ham is absolutely amazing both as Ham and Hamilton. He's been stepping up his dnb game a lot over the past few months and it's really showing, big up to him. I would go as far to say he is a really good musician, not just a hardcore producer or whatnot, he just really knows his music.

His DnB is awesome, hes only going to get bigger and bigger in that scene. One of his tracks on youtube has almost 90,000 views already!

i hope he sticks around still in hardcore as he's still producing some great quality tracks. can't say the same for other producers who have been around as long as he has.

I don't think he ever said he was leaving hardcore. I think he's just branching out musically.
