What's the difference? Or what do they have in common?
See: Happy Rave 2 hasn't got the same tracklist as Happy Hardcore 2, however they've been released in the same year, have pretty much the same artwork (always with the 3 happy evils) and the same font! What's the label of Happy Hardcore? Isn't one of them dutch and the other german?
I'd like to know what's the connection between both of them..

Same CD's released in different countries (may be some minor differences). As far as i can remember the HHC one ended sooner, so there are more albums on the Rave serie.

if you read the notes on the Happy Rave cd it tells you that Happy Rave is the German version of the series. in fact, Happy Hardcore 3 is the same tracklisting as Happy Rave 2. who knows why they found it necessary to have the same compilation under 2 different names
i thought everyone knew this already! especially ppl overseas

the biggest difference is that one of the series has one or more tracks (I think the happy rave has a few more tracks), other than that it's like this;
Happy Hardcore
Happy Hardccore 2 -> Happy Rave
Happy Hardccore 3 -> Happy Rave 2
Happy Hardccore 4 -> Happy Rave 3
and so on...

Alright I see. Yeah on the cover of the Happy Rave CD it says "Special German Edition". I'm just asking because I'd like to know which I should buy, I don't have them yet... thanks people ;)

i used to have (happy hardcore) 1-6 and 8. They're to 95% dutch only, but there's a few english, and even one or 2 blumchen (as blossom) tracks on there too.
But I generally only liked a total of 6 tracks on them all. Heck the combilation with the most tracks I like was on 7. which i've currently borrowed of a mate's brother (who doesnt want it anymore anyways)
to name the tracks i liked;
Cherrish - Journey trough the night
Dionysis - Break On Through
DJ Pagan - Rave and be free
DJ Wierdo & DJ Sim - Go get busy
Dr.Phil Omanski - Feeling
Highlander - Roughneck
James Daltan - Strangers
No Velocity - 31 Seconds Of Your Time
Solid base - Prison wall
Ultra Sonic - The Dreamers of Dreams

her songs sounded better in german, with the exception of 1. little satellite for me sounded much better than kleiner satelit.
