I'll try find a suitable one of me soon. I've got one where I'm sporting a grass-skirt and coconut bra somewhere, I'll see if I can locate it.

Me and my mate Kara.
Me and my best mate Will.
Me looking sloshed with a double chin at my leaving do before I came out to Asia. No prizes for guessing that my two mates had dropped a few beans before this was taken. And yes, that is my local pub. And yes, they were refused alcohol at the bar from about 9pm onwards that night. Mess-heads.

Agreed. I wish I could loose that fast. I've been working out and eating well now for almost a year and I've not lost anywhere near that.

But you will as long as you don't stop, which is infinitely better than nothing!

Unless you have already have the exercise and nutrition thing nailed then you may have trouble being disciplined enough. You can lose 99% of weight just by eating correctly (although if you don't know how then this would obviously help). I lost over 5 stone this way (and with exercise too of course).

I knew it!
I was going to say something, but I thought I might look like more of a creep than I already am!
But my weight is ****ed up most of the time. I go from like 13 1/2 stone (190-ish) to 15 3/4 stone (220). That is like just over 3 days... It really sucks some times, pants are to tight then bamm they are saggy :(

Remember "try before you buy". If it works for you and you like it, then buy it. If it doesn't work, what have you lost a few gigs of bandwidth?
If you do buy it, you have to buy about the same price in weights and stuff. I have never trusted those type of things, but for the same price you can get 5 months at a gym with a trainer.. Well around here.
Take up some boxing or something like that?

Way to promote piracy.

I don't see the relevance as he would have to do this regardless of what he does.

I never said to do it, just putting my opinion in. Thats how I am with anything I can get. You wouldnt buy a car without driving it first, would you? A store has a free sample of something, you would try it before you got the food. I see it the same way, and like I said, if he likes it then buy it.
I think I might start it also, I'm out of shape..
