Just curious what sorts of beats people like when not listening to Hardcore.
A friend of mine listens to a lot of Hard Dance and Hard Trance when not listening to Hardcore. Personally I find it too repeditive, simple and dated.
Being from a place where 80% of Clubs and dance Events play House, New Rave and Electro. Would have to say these is my next favourite genres after Hardcore.
Reminds me of the big summer festivals and has a lot of the early rave influences. Drum N Bass good too.

Hardstyle Gabber Hardtrance and Hard dance are the main I do enjoy alternative rock and punk pop

I also listen to drum and bass, dubstep, breaks, fidget/electro house and some hip hop.

everything...Classical, Trance, Jazz, RnB, 60s Rock, Skiffle, Chillout/Ambient...
theres usually at least a handful of good music in all the styles...its just some you have to dig a little deeper than others to find it..

Uk/Upfront hardcore im listening to less and less tbh unless something like HU comes out then im an addict again or i go to a rave and get the cd pack. Happy Hardcore on the other hand my addiction is still strong.
But yea i listen to everything my music collection ranges from Marilyn Manson to Flogging Molly to the beatles to NWA. Only music i will never listen to is Jazz Sorry Triquatra but its the only music i don't like lol.

drum and bass, hardstyle,hip hop, rap, grime, hard trance and some charts stuff now and then..
loving the skepta and devlin stuff now days.. but besides that HARDCORE is my biiiatch.

the majority of the more mainstream music (includes hiphop, rock, pop, etc) i listen to is from the 90s. o and 80s music as well.

I listen to pretty much anything from prog rock to obscure Tribal Indian stuff. The other things I mix and therefore listen to a lot are Breaks, Bassline, Electro, Ska/Reggae/Dub/etc., Jungle/DnB, Hard Dance, Trance, Psy Trance, Acid/London Techno and oldskool House/Hardcore (if you want to separate that from current Hardcore).
I just enjoy music for what it is though and will never overlook something based on its genre.

Almost all kinds of dance music, two exceptions are hardstyle and dubstep. I just don't find them very interesting at the mo, but maybe I'll get it later on. Other than that I listen to punk, heavy/power metal, some downtempo, a little bit of hiphop... As long as it's good I don't really care what genre it is.

Little bit of trance, little bit of psytrance, little bit of house, bit of drum n bass, very occasionally hardstyle. Sometimes 'tech dance' (Yoji) but mainly ACID!!

For me it's the Ragga Jungle Bizness amongst other styles such as Hardstyle, Hardtrance and Psytrance. also a bit of Asian hip Hop gets me in a great mood too!
got any good Ragga Jungle mixes. I love Jamaica yeah!
