Its really high pitch like noise, I've heard it on so many songs.. I ****ing love it!
So anyone know how to remake this noise?

My best guess is a synth set to sine or maybe saw with some effects? Of course ridiculously high. Lol.

If you use Reason there's a patch for Thor called "Gangsta lead 3" in the included soundbank. Sounds just like it. It's a single oscillator set to a saw wave with an LFO set to control the saws pitch through the modwheel which creates the vibrato sound you hear in this track.

That sound is on the Microkorg
It's also in plenty of preset banks... It's in almost all West side hip-hop tracks :P

I think last time I engineered a hip hop song I got it out of the Adam Van Baker preset bank for Zebra2

It's a Theremin. Like Dain-Ja said it was used extensively in 90s gangsta rap Rusko would have used an emulation like this one:

Tis great

It's a great sound and was used in all pop all through the 90s up until about 1999-2000 (although more subtly than in the Rap stuff). I can pretty much guarantee it's not a Theremin. Just a high pitched saw type thing with use of the modulation wheel. Far too controlled to be a Theremin, plus it just doesn't sound like one.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S2WWw7nMhw4 - The most famous use of the Theremin, and you will notice quite clearly how different it sounds from the type of sound your looking for/describing.
