Hey! I made a first Hands-Up with a friend and we will need some tips. And tell me your opinion (but dont be too harsh xD).

It sounds like a slowed down Hardcore track; no this is not some satarical comment on the "state of Hardcore these days". It sounds as though the track was written, produced and processed as a Hardcore track at 170+bpm then slowed down to 140. You might as well have left it at 170, Trance is a whole different ball game and though Hardcore may or may not sound like sped up Trance it is much more complex in terms of production and writing. At least it should be imo.
Might want to go a bit easier on the limiting too, the track sounds incredibly squashed and it just isn't pleseant to listen to. An un"mastered" clip would have been a better example to post up for feedback.
I won't comment on the music itself as it really isn't my cup of tea.

maybe it sounds 2 u like HC bcuz of the synth and strong bass. but i hav the experience with hands-up so i can tell that it could be a bit faster like 150, but the speed is good.
And about limiting, its ok. The kick was too loud i think. But limiter was fine. Ceil +2, Gain +4.5
I agree tht synth wasnt superior but i dont do hands-up synths nor much hands-up. this was my first hands-up, and both me and 1O1 XP did our best.

I think that the use of percussions is what mostly distinguish modern Hardcore from Hands-Up like this. I don't get the impression that this track is slowed down Hardcore like Meathead does, mostly because the way you used the percussions give it a distinct flow.
I think the track is excellent by the way :)

i gave it (the beat) less compression and lil distortion. i think that was useful.
