By "even like metal", yes. But if I go through efforts to expose myself to the music, then no. I usually just listen to whatever Sirius XM has on Channel 48... whose station name escapes me. Ha ha.

yeh a fair bit. But I don't go out of my way to listen to it unless it's a cd I already have. When it comes on randomly I usually enjoy it.

Not so much metal for me anymore. I was into Korn, Slipknot, Taproot, Spineshank and bands like that when I was younger. Bands like Deftones, RATM, System of a down, Smashing Pumpkins were all popular too, but none of them ever did anything for me.
Im still into my punk music, got alot of CDs that I still listen to by bands like, The Ataris, Lawrence Arms, NoFX, Armchair Martian, Bad Astronaut, Lagwagon, Taking Back Sunday, Nerf Herder, Bad Religion, Rancid, Jawbreaker and the first 2 or 3 albums by The Offspring (early 90s stuff)

I'm a metalhead personally, still look like one. i like tecdeath & melodic death metal aswell, all that scandanavian stuff. hardcore and gabber came afterwards

Your kinda like how I was. First it was Metal for me. Then I found Gabber (before I found Hardcore.). And because Gabber is the Heavy Metal of EDM (Electronic Dance Music) it took over my life. Then after that 'phase' I became a Hardcore head, and I'm here to stay!

I got a Promo Disc (Tympanik Audio) from a Radio Station here called Turbulences by Zeller, I don't know if you're in to Industrial, kinda goes along with Metal! I like Darkwave too! =)

Well, again just like any genre of music, what you call certain things does differ.
Some Industrial does have EBM elements, like distorted vocals and even sequencing.
One of my favorite fusion bands is Enter Shikari, the lead singer is a Dubstep DJ, "Rout DJ"
