I love how it sounds like Doop Doop lol. Brilliant tune! As a regular listener to Annie Mac i heard it ages ago ;)
The fact AATW are releasing it disappoints me a little but meh i'll still buy it.

Doesn't do owt for me. Doop was a TUNE, this already sounds gimmicky and dated.
And to make matters worse, it's popularity will just spawn a load of even worse copycat tunes - just as the Gramophonedzie tune has this.
Why Don't You by Gramophonedzie is an incredible tune! and so was Doop, even though it was extremely cheesy. I even liked the jumpstyle version of doop that was done 3 or 4yrs ago.
ur right about this track, it's too gimmicky. didn't like anything about it. and the video just made it sound worse

It could be said the Gramaphondzie tune was a copycat in itself. The first track i had heard of this type was actually Oliver Twizt - Another Step

That track has been around for ages.
Maybe the UK doesn't have as much of an 'up-to-date' electro scene, but this was being played through the clubs in like... march.
Everyone here is sick of it now... why is it only just in the UK top 40?
im not sure - but yes around for ages! - each week i have to update the top 40 on 3 of our websites at work (South Africa, UK and Australia) I actually brought it up in conversation at as it entered the aussie charts months ago and its only just got into ours - very unusual because usually its Aus that is a week or so behind our charts.
we went to do a broadcast page to it, but werent able to because all the digital releases through Universal were "album only" couldnt buy the single radio edit on its own - but you can through itunes..so i think they have an exclusive on the radio edit.
what with how the top 40's work etc i would say that it just wasnt availble to buy in the uk. like paul said though, radio one have been playing it for ages (before it hit the uk charts). then of course maybe the uk just arent feelin' it as much as the aussies

I hated this tune at first, i thought it was simple, repetative and TOO easy on the ear......and then i listen'd to it too many times and now i love it !! GRRRRRRR making me like popular music!!!!
