think you misunderstand me - he is the only one with powers to edit *other peoples* profiles..
you should be able to edit it yourself though - what are you having trouble with? its very picky with avatars, it has to be a certain size (less than 20kb "size on disk")
if it truely is broken silver should be the one to ask
*edit* just edited my profile and it worked fine....

Well, I am trying to change two things on my profile. my time zone and user name. when I do change these things i click next then it says it saves, I go it see if it worked, and nothing changed at all!
