Stick your finger in a plug socket and record the results through an SM58. Do make sure to double mic for a nice, stereo sound.
Seriously though mate, example?

sorry i have been avoiding this for some time now. =I
Basically every hardcore sound has a melody made using some instrument and syncing it out to make sound electronic, we all know that.
I just don't know how to get any of these electric sounds.
as for an example just trow on any hardcore tone and you'll know what i mean.

Are you talking about the soft juno type sound? If so, it's done naturally the same way as making a hoover or veem bassline, but there are enough synths and synth presets out there fo rit. What vsti's do you have already? Ill throw ya some presets to help ya along if you want.

A lesson or two couldn't hurt however when I downloaded MSN it gave me a virus so ill have to try and do that again another day.
On the other hand I would be welcome for any presets given or recommended =)
