You could get a girlfriend-it worked for me, "we" now have shoes as a priority!
WARNING-the above advice could leave you even more skint with less music to show for it (but the BJ's are better!).

The girlfriend trick might work, unless you got one like me. She makes twice the cash I do, and ENCOURAGES me to buy new tunes.

YUp...and u'll just have to learn something called self control.
One thing that may help is joining VAA (Vinyl Addicts Anonymous). With the help of the group you can learn to reduce the impulse of splurging money on vinyl records to get your fix. If there isn't a local VAA chapter in your area, perhaps u can start one, because I'm sure there are many other poor souls out there like yourself. :P

or you could have a girlfriend who doesnt like when you spend $400 on vinyl, then say you dont have any money to go out to nice places on the weekend.
that was a rough experience...

Get educated. Then You'll ahve more money than you know what to do with.
And you'll have a back up in case the music thing doesnt work.

i have a serious serious problem. i went through the stage of buying practically every new release, shopping every week. when it slows down, i start buying another style. because i play about 8-9 different styles, there's always HEAPS and HEAPS of vinyl to buy. :(
drugs is not the answer... drugs? is the question... yes is the answer
