I seek a good vst for a typical Hardcore bass, but I can't get a grip on what to use.

I use FL Studio 8.

Thanks in advance!

Any synth would be capable of making a Hardcore bass. I would suggest using Albino 3 or V-Station but if you don't have either of these FL's 3 x OSC will do.

Jk. I'd recommend Sylenth.

I usually just pop the trunk on some 3x osc for bass sounds ;P Sine for sub, then layer on some bare phat saws/squares/round saws with mad amounts of mid, and just tinker with it until I find a sound that I like. Try not to make it sound like a typical hardcore bass, doesn't hurt to do ya own thang like!
