It's a tune. To be honest i hated it the first time i heard it, then came the D&B drop and i fell in love. And Tinie is actually a good rapper, i saw him perform with the Gorillaz on Jonny Ross - in place of Del the Funky Homosapien(?) for Clint Eastwood and he were brilliant.
Frisky (his new single) is a bit meh. Think his producer saw the success of Pass Out and thought why change the formula.

DC Breaks made a pretty cool D&B remix of it. Not like the D&B drop in this though, muuuuuuch nastier :D
