im going to buy my first equipment...
but i need some advice and opinions
and for the money i have i was thinking of buying theese.
STANTON C.324 x2
PIONEER DJM-400
TECHNICS RP-DJ1200A
ALESIS M1 ACTIVE 520 USB STUDIO MONITOR
GEMINI RS-410 POWERED SPEAKER x2
I am thinking of have the C.324s until i have money to get CDJs

The items on the list will definitely take you far.
The alesis monitors seem kinda out of place though as that's more suited for production and for such I would suggest various other things to put on the list. For now I think the stuff mentioned is a good start.

a basic setup for production could be...
-a good computer
-a good soundcard
-monitors (which you already mentioned)
-a midi keyboard
-a Digital Audio Workstation (cubase, reason etc.)
many producers get by without a midi keyboard but in my opinion knowing an instrument opens up your mind to different musical possibilities. I also feel those who don't use one tend to sound "mechanical" in their use of melodies.
There's a whole world of things you could add to the list once you get started which is why I just point out the basic.
