okay, i have them both:
ableton live 8.1.1
traktor scratch pro
right now i'm only able to use traktor (did not read ableton tutorials for mixing, ...)
but my question is:
i'm newbie on this 'djing' thing (i don't have any hardwares)but i intend to learn more about it, and also music production (later), so, should i use traktor scratch pro (some say it's compatible to almost every hardware, and ableton isn't) or ableton live to mix??
later i'm going to learn music production also, so should i get ableton live (it can do the 2 things soo...)??
or should i keep using the traktor scratch pro to mix and then i get other music production software, or even ableton live, but use it only to produce and not to mix...
**p.s.: i don't intend to be a 'bedroom producer' and screw up the whole scene with shitty tracks (like what happened to trance), i will be doing it only for fun hehe, so, don't worry hehe**
