I have always thought that track sounds weird. might be the major scale you mentioned. it was one of the opening tracks for d-block & s-te-fan at defqon 08, am I correct?

Happy Hardstyle has been evolving in the last 6 years greatly. A new sub-gengre of Hardstyle known as "Euphoric Hardstyle" popularized the feel good melodies and with the Tweekaz and Darren Styles teaming up this year with "Tweekacore" I think 2018 will be recieving alot of my my faviroite Happy Hardstyle.

A good number of these tracks I'd say are UK Hardcore, Love You More remix, Rest of your life, Blue (Team Tweekacore remix), Gold Skies remix, Partystarter, Dragon.
