I'm selling this lot or a swap for a multi gym
what you will get is bench, weights.. over 130kg spin locks and bars.
collection only unless you want to for out for postage which i assume will be a fortune due to total weight being at least 150kg

What multi gym are you gettin? the bench press machines are wank btw. Nothing beats free lifting

dont know yet..
i love my weights but have no choice to sell really as i've ****ed my wrist up.. so free weights is a no no for me now
resistant weights i'm hoping is goin to be less of a strain on my wrist joints as one would assume
