:o Hmm, random question, but I'm bored in school so I wanna put something up. x] What genres do you listen to outside of edm? I listen to alternative rock (you know, those weird bands that everyone loves/hates) every now and then and whatever plays on the radio.. but that's it really. :x

House and Drum & Bass, but mainly House.
Edit: Ah wait, outisde of EDM you say.. well nothing I guess, lol. Radio here and there. Maybe some commercial stuff :) Some Rock too here and there, but I don't know many artists.. so yeah!

everything outside of dance music...i run by opinion that most if not all genres have good music in them, its just some you have to dig deeper than others

Good music is good music. To not listen to anything outside of Electronic music is just insane or at least very limiting. Traditional music often fills a gap that electronic music cannot.

i pretty much listen to whatever the ppl around me listen to, which is mostly mainstream r&b, hiphop/rap, rock. some of it eats me up inside listening to it b/c it just sounds so bad, but that's what happens when none of your friends listen 2 any edm except for sandstorm and zombie nation

I actually quite like the Now Thats What I Call Music comps. I like pop sometimes. In small doses. At the moment though I'm actually obsessed with Plug In Baby by Muse :P

I think it's New Rock? Whatever is played on xL Octane on XM Sirius. Used to be called xL SquiZZ before the merge, which is a better name imo. Doesn't matter, that Rock is mmm good.

lolol, I totally ended up falling out of all the commercial stream and whenever some of my friends talk about artists now, I end up going "who?" :x I pretty much end up listening to edm all the time.. lol.

I listen to Hardcore Punk, Ska, Torch Songs (Jazz), Oldschool Hip Hop, Smooth Jazz, Reggae, and 2 Radio Stations, WGCI 107.5FM (Black Oriented Hip Hop/R&B Station in Chicago; for Newschool Hip Hop!) & WNUR 89.3FM (Chicago's Sound Experiment/NWU Radio Station, but listener supported by people like me...; for Underground Music!), I'm very cultured when it comes to music, it makes up who I am... As a DJ you gotta know your stuff! =) You know what's cool (over here atleast...), Hardcore Metal, all the kids are Skater/Goths, they shop @ "Journey's" or "Pac Sun", and go to the "Vans Warped Tour"!, Like Me!, Anime Sountracks are cool, too!
