Both Force & Styles have had the opportunity and means to release the song for many years and they havn't, so it's unlikely that they would change their minds about it now unfortunately.

I always thought this song had been released, at least on UK Dance. Did the Fade remix get a release?

i like fade's mix, but the original is way better! it is just an epic track!
it is a shame that it will never see the light of day, especially if it is mostly up to styles since he seems to want to keep a good distance from those days, speaking musically of course

Couldn't agree with you more! And his new version of the song stinks, unless you're a commercial noob and haven't heard any of the Force & Styles tunes, then the new version must rock!!!

Nothing wrong with the Fade remix. I have that myself and it has to be one of the best tunes from 2001 (although one of the only tunes from that year as well lol)

The original mix of Show Me The Sunshine DID in fact get a release, but it was released on 10" acetate only in 1999, and got an unofficial digital release a few years back. You can find the digital rip on YouTube.

acetates aren't considering a release though. That would be considering CD-r promos some artist give out to their DJ buddies be considered released as well.
If you can buy it (not 2nd hand) from a store or website, then it's released.

the pre-order started last year. The actual release happened on the 16th of January this year.
