Yo people i'm looking for a program, vst if possible, that enables you to voice generate what ever you have typed...anything sounding like stevey hawkins would be great :)
I think that is pretty self explanatory but here's an example...AudioJunkie & Stylus - I get stoned

Windows text-to-speech? Sounds like that is what was used in the AudioJunkie & Stylus tune. Is that a rip off of another tune? Sounds very familiar. Possibly F*ck Me I'm Famous?
Not sure about the Stephen Hawkins sound, wouldn't mind one of those myself, but i doubt you'll find a "vst" voice generator. Just have a go at Windows', it's in Control Panel i think.

The low quality can be masked. I'd be willing to bet that Kurt and that Audio chappy used either Window's or a shit online text-to-speech program and, in their tracks, it sounds fine. Add a bit of processing, reverb and delay - some autotuning if you're feeling fruity - and no one will be any the wiser mate.
