yeaaa, i got an email update from AATW on this...very very annoying as i have tried to unsubscribe from them about 10000,000 times.
only reason i signed up was because of the bonkers album poster they were offering as a prize on the bonkers website
which never got updated, and no winners were ever annouced.

Just snippets of the UK hardcore used in this fitness program. I'm an instructor in this program and I can tell you it's bloody awesome. ;) It's available all over the world. You ever thought you would hear Crescendos Of Ecstasy, Retro Rush, The 6th Gate, Tsunami and Hit 'Em (Tha Playah) in a global group fitness class? :P
Every release (one per quarter, developed and choreographed in New Zealand) has one or two (rare cases three!) UK hardcore tracks used for the Power Training (Boxing) tracks (the fast tracks). :)

When I was still in public school, on one occasion in PE the coach popped in a video of a Bodycombat session and had us work out to it. I didn't know Bodycombat used hardcore though! Sweet!
Hardcore just seems perfect for workouts if you ask me. It's fast, pounding... just in general gets you pumped! I always work out to it.
