What genre's do you listen to when you need to just calm yourself down?
I've always just listened to the harder styles of Electronica, and the dirty sounding ones as well (Dirty Electro ftw), but was trying to find a bunch of songs that are slow.

that said theres some pretty mellow trance out there, ATB's second or third...not sure which it was "No Silence" has some really great chilled out trance tracks on it

For some reason, the faster the song is they more stress it takes away, edm makes me more hype and happy so it wouldnt be that... to get me to mellow down it would be music like:

If I want something hard like that, I usually listen to Disturbed.

There are actually a few hardcore songs that calm me down... Force & Styles - Heart Of Africa, Dog Styles - Charlene DNA, Eclipse - Light Cycle, just to name a few.
Most of the time though, I tune into either some Jazz or Chillout. Great stuff.
