It's been ages but I've finally done a new Production Tutorial.
These now focus mainly on production!

First one is on how to to Sidechain and get a ducking effect on a pad with a silent kick drum.

Quality tutorial, thank you! I imagine I'll be able to put this to use in a song I'm working on right now.

Besides sidechaining pads it's also worth trying to sidechain a grungy bassline. You get this cool bouncy sound if you get the attack of the synths and the compression right. I wouldn't be too surprised if S3RL uses it sometimes. Also a random little snippet, Breeze and Styles sidechained their lead just a tad in Amigos and some other tune, sounds really neat.
