It's not bad mate. 2 things that stood out though where the bass being a bit weak, it kinda plods along rather than driving the track and the vocal sample sounding bad/out of place. Fix those two things, tighten up the drum mix and it could be a great track.

The melody is quite nice and the sound you've got going on the lead works really well with the melody. I agree with AW on the other things.

I should really stop loading other peoples tracks into cubase. The square block of music that greets me is never a pretty site....damn loudness wars. What did you do to this track in terms of mastering? Looks like you've mastered it to not go past 0dB bounced it then though **** it and turned it up some more lol it peaks at about 1.5dB and i can really hear the distortion on those kick rolls in particular. Sorry to go into that so much but i'm obsessed with mastering at the minute, shame i've no tracks of my own to master though haha. anywho....
I quite like the tune, has a sort of early noughties Scott Brown sound. Could maybe benefit from a bit more EQ'ing. The arp you've got going as it goes into the breakdown for example seems to have a lot of low end it just doesn't need. It might just be me, but the track seems very bass heavy overall. I agree with what's been said about the vocals. They do seem off in parts. Could do with some FX too to help gel them with the track, they sound a bit dry and slap bang in the middle at the moment. Other than that it's a decent track mate, just turn it down about 1.5dB yeah? ;)

Haha yeah cheers for the comments guys, I see what you mean Meathead, I just put it to what sounds OK in Fruityloops, it always sounds different once I've rendered it though.
Yeah, I think it might be better if I take the vocals out completely :\ Don't even know why I chucked the stupid vocal in anyway hehe.
I will try a few different things and let you see if it's any better soon :)
Thanks
