I'm looking to find a good cheering sample. Something long enough to cover the major aspects of crowd reaction. Low roaring, squeeling, heavy cheering, etc.
I've had some difficulty finding that "perfect" sound. Mostly because what I've found is usually with a price tag attatched. I know there's gotta be a good freebie crowd cheering sound out there.
Any suggestions?

Highly recommended is that site. I've been using it for years.

or you could go to an event and record one on your own. nothing better than the real thing.

Not when it's recorded using a mobile phones voice recorder and there's music and an MC over the top of it ;)

yeah don't do that, that would sound like garbage. instead, use an mp3 recorder with a mic on it and stand either at the front of the crowd behind the stage, or at the back of the crowd when there is no music playing. doesn't have to be an edm event. you could do it at a football match or any sporting event for that matter
you could do it anywhere that people cheer
