Hey,
I'm new to production and i never actually knew the exact aspects that are involved in remixes.
I wanna try to remix some happy hardcore and hardstyle songs for practice in production but i never really knew what things are done for it to be considered a remix.
Thx for all that will help :D lol

A remix is exactly what it says, it's the track remixed into a different track. Some remixes are almost identical whilst some are totally different. It's up to the remixer to decide. I would do a search for a midi file of the track you want to remix and any vocals or samples if you can find them and go from there.
It's really all about how you interpret somebody elses track.

orrrrrrrr you could listen to an original track & then analyze a few remixes & see how they differ....
do they use the same lead, the same bassline, same pads
(don't listen to discotronic tricky disco as an example lol)
i normally follow the bassline & pads & make a new lead riff/melody
messing with the vox if it has any also helps it sound different
but remember, as you new to this the chances are you cannot pick & choose what you want to remix legally,
google remix packs the internet has loads to offer
