Not had chance to give it a proper listen yet, as i've been rinsing my Hospital Podcasts and album :D, from what i heard though there's some good tunes...... also a terrible Dizzee Rascal - Bonkers Bootleg, but there you go.

I would say if you subscribe to on iTunes they're updated automatically, that's how i knew about it, but i know you hate iTunes :p
