lol... ok how can u think this is not a real voice? its just some dude who does voices for lots of events nd such. for wot i can remember its some tall black dude who used to drive the london subway trains. he been jabbing on the intercom all the time announcing things diffrently nd then someday he got noticed by some big dude in the music industrie who invited him to do presentations for events and movies and such.
you know like a movie in the cinema? where you got these commercials like "the end of the world, all fades to black and only 1 man remains.. the day the earth dies.. comming soon 4th of october" that kinda stuff just as this event announcing is usually done by that one dude. ofc theres more but happen to reconize this guy :)

yeah thats just someones real voice with a few effects on it, unless you're after the "pre-echo" effect, which can be acheieveveeved easily by reversing the sample of the voice......putting an echo on it...and then reversing it again so that it plays correctly :)

thats one part of what i wanted, ill try and find a diff sample of what im talking about
its like the turned down the pitch and then put grain on it or something, but ill post a new sample soon

some of it is timestreched as well...but only slightly in places to make it sound juttery

They also eq the bass up. It's done regularly with radio announcers and such, makes the voice carry.
