Not really much to say as your a beginner. Sounds like you have the basic ideas down you just need to work on it. Stick at it and I'm sure something good will turn up.

Sounds good, i feel like it's missing something in the build up though. Maybe use a pad or something, just to give it a smoother feel and add some depth and complexity to the sound. I'd like to hear the end results :)

I saw that name and for a minute thought Acidfluxxbass had changed his username lol

Will give this a go tomorrow as i'm rather tired after dishing out masses of sarcasm and pillow talk of Alpacas and i have to be up for work in 3 hours and 45 minutes :D

Nighty night

Add some ghost hits via additional percussion. This will fill in the seldom un realised quiet pauses between beats and bass line.

I would also detune the main lead to give it more depth. Finally side chain the kick and bass so that there is emphasis on the bass and the kick indervidually without muddying the sound.

Finally what sequencer do you use?

As stated the raw elements are there and in the right place, sadly it's just persistance and repetition from here on in :)
