whilst in munich for my holiday, i decided to go to a dubstep rave with my mate, we arent 18, only just got in but Oh my gosh
smokey dancefloor in a dodgy old building with everyone high as a kite..
has anyone else been to a dubstep night.. i cant imagine theres much like it due to its speed and general structure..
oh and if i hear rewind one more time im going to throttle every single jamaican person i ever meet
Never been to an event. All my mates, like the rest of the general public, think it's awful. There was talk of a D&B and Dubstep night being held in a club in Oldham centre, but doubt i'll be going. I'd much rather the old, shakey warehouse, ketamine fueled, squat party vibe that you always hear about.
Oh and brock out! Rewind my dubplate selecta!!!

id recommend it to anyone, but you look like a bit of a tit if you dance as you would at a hardcore event at one. (as i worked out)
lots of dodgy dubstep ruebois giving me evils :P
the clean surroundings of a club wouldnt do it justice i dont think..
give it a go though :P its always nice to branch out into other genres.

mate, dubstep is on the rise BIG TIME in the UK, been to many dubstep nights, always top! always random ketamine victims wandering round barely able to see. lol
love dubstep through a system, you can rly stomp to it; really emphacise the percussion with your movements!

lol They weren't to impressed when you reached for the lasers? :p I've got the movement down ready. Just sway, gunfingers at the ready with a permanent bass face.
May aswell post these up. Couple of my favourite Dubstep tunes at the moment that you may or may not have heard...
iTAL tEK - Weave (feat. Anneka)
Some Japanesey style ambient number.
Sonwah Fresh & Depone - Oldskool Dub
Old Skool rave (0:46) inspired wobble business!

I do like it but I prefer to listen at home when chillin'. I don't mind the odd set at a party but really I like something with more energy and a more danceable beat.

Same, it's just some offshoot of Garage, which is an absolutely god awful genre. You won't find anyone here listening to Garage! Funny what people will listen to just because its 'all the rage' at the current time.
