Due to the fact that Cotts has inspired me to get into DJ'ing, I need some equipment. First of all I don't really like buying second hand stuff as it may be dodgy and have faults with.
I want CDJ's not vinyl and currently have a budget of £700, unless I save for a bit longer. So far I've seen:
Numark Axis 4: £299.00
Numark Axis 9: £489.00
Pioneer CDJ 100: £669.00
and mixers
Numark X6: £199.00
Numark X9: £269.00
Pioneer DJM 400: £449.00
Never DJ'ed before so no experience in the equipment but hear Pioneer are the best hense the cost.
I'd rather start off with decent eqiuipment though which will let me beatmatch well, but not bothered about BPM counter as that's cheating. So can anyone help?
