What is the best song to get someone who's never listened to happycore before hooked to it? I'm trying to introduce happycore music to a friend and he's never heard it before, so i need suggestions on which tune to play him.... preferably one of the happy2bhardcore tracks. thanks.

Personally I'd choose Shooting Star, followed by eyeopener, then possibly 6 days, or any song that has key HHC elements in as well as a catchy more commercial sounding chorus. Definitely nothing too fast or hard-it scares them off, & dont force them to listen to it for ages & ages, as this puts them off!
Hope this helps!

best thing to do is stick your playstation on (playstation2 for you rich people)
stick a racing game on tune the volume low
then stick your tunes one the stereo.
i would try playing the chesier side of hardcore as thats what got me hooked
ya know all those tunes with ripped vocal like
that tune with mariah carey's "anytime you need a friend"
or those beegees (i think there beegees) tunes like
"i'm all outta love i'm so lost without u"
and
"over now it's hard for me to say i'm sorry"
"what is real
if your talking about what we touch taste and smell and hear then real is just electrical signals interpreted by our brains"
previosly known as

I didnt mean FORCE as in gun to their head! Though it could work!
But, yeah playing racing games definitely works too, & the cheesy tracks ripped from pop, try to find a HHC version of a song they quite like (not one they love just like-trust me!) coz that'll help too.

For me, it was:
~Eyeopener
~Everytime I Close My Eyes
~Sail Away
~Raver's Groove
No matter how many times I hear those songs, or how annoyed I get with them, they are so sentimental to me for some reason. :*)
Oh yeah- and I can't forget about Force and Styles; "Heart of Gold." You just can't lose with that album.

what got me hooked was the sweetness and melowness of the tunes!!!! i was brought up listening to tizer/ paddy frazer, and some of their stuff took the pi55!!!!! so i recommend you just play a happy hardcore tune!!!! and if they dont like it.......ask can their brains be refunded? i know ppl who listen to "american rock" *puke* but they are liking happy hardcore more and more......so just play any tune that lifts your spirits, i personally love classics like "Discoland"!!!!!
"take me up, up, up and away......."

LOL I don't think i've ever made that mistake before :P
I didn't bother to read the message after i typed it to see wether i'd made any mistakes, oh well :)
If any songs are going to work then it would have to be the classics from 96/97.
